PCS is UVa's in-house, professional provider for all things graphic design, printing, copying and mailing. We produce basic office items (stationery, business cards, envelopes… etc.) as well as promotional items for your department event or program (brochures, programs, posters, etc.).

We offer both printing & copying services and will always help you decide which production method will give you the best buy and the best quality product.

Our copy center specializes in departmental copier placement; saving you time and money when dealing with supplies and maintenance. We use Energy-Star certified copiers in our copier fleet.

Our mail services department stays up-to-date with USPS regulations to ensure your mailing meets their standards and that you receive the best possible postage rate. And, we can always ship your packages by UPS.
