PUBLIC LASER PRINTERS: Service Calls
Students should report any printer service issues to the local library Circulation Desk or ITC Lab Consultant. If need be they will contact PCS for any on-site services required. If the lab is not staffed, please submit a Service Request. Include the lab you're in, the printer ID number and any problems you are encountering. Hours of coverage that PCS will offer for staffed support when classes are in session are:
Monday-Thursday 8a.m. - 9p.m.
Friday 8a.m - 5p.m.
Sunday 5p.m. - 9p.m.
Weekend and evening hours are covered by student employees that are visiting each printer, checking function and supply levels. During these hours the service phone and e-mail account are monitored for any incoming service issues and responded to as needed. During Summer Session, Interim, and non-class periods the hours will be Monday-Friday 8a.m.-5p.m.
