Right click on the Buddy Icon and select "Save Target As."

For Mac Users:
  1. Control click on the Buddy Icon and select "Save Link As."
  2. Open the menu My AIM.
  3. Open the menu Edit Options.
  4. Click Edit Preferences.
  5. Select Buddy Icons.
  6. Select Browse PC.
  7. Select the image on your desktop.
  8. Press Enter.
