## Fall 2014 billable costs will be updated and finalized by May 1, 2014.

The above prices include:

-Lodging in private homes as paying guests.** Households will not house more than two students. Accomodation in double or single rooms according to availability.

-Full board: 3 meals a day in the home

-Two day trips among the following: Peñíscola and Sagunto or Xàtiva.

-Standing assistance by Program Administration

The Program reserves the right to adjust published costs given significant currency fluctuations.

**For year students the prices do not include room & board between sessions. Between-semester accommodation with host families for year students must be paid to the on-site program administration by the end of November.

All individual housing assignments are subject to special approval and conditions set by Program administration.

Students are responsible for study abroad tuition and program fees once they have committed to attending a program.

Please refer to the Withdrawal and Refund Policy before committing to your program. Once you have committed, you will be subject to the Withdrawal and Refund Policy.  In some cases, there will be no refund available.

Bills for Study Abroad Programs will be visible in the SIS self-service after ISO registers committed students for the appropriate study abroad courses.Bills are payable to Student Accounts. The airfare listed above is the cost of the optional round-trip group airfare between JFK and Valencia.  During the application process, participants will have the opportunity to choose traveling with the group.  The amount listed above will be billed to SIS if the participant chooses to fly with the group.  Airfare provided by the program is due upon billing and is non-refundable.  On departure day, if for any reason you are not checked in in time for boarding, you will lose the ticket and the amount of the ticket paid, and you will have to get to Valencia by your own means. Please note the deadline for choosing this flight.  Students who do not elect to fly with the group by the stated deadline will be responsible for their own international transportation.
