Michelle Collins-Sibley
Consultant and visiting lecturer in African-American literature.  Collins-Sibley has a PhD in Comparative Literature and related fields from SUNY-Binghamton (1990) and is currently Professor of English, teaching African-American literature at Mount Union College (Ohio).  She was a participant in the original 1998 ROOTS Institute and has returned very successfully to all succeeding institutes and seminars to introduce literary perspectives and to integrate the familiarity with the African content that she gained on that first occasion.
