Set Your Search Preference

You can set the default search type when you visit the University of Virginia home page by choosing one of the three options below.

	People (at U.Va.)
	U.Va. Web
	The Web
	Library Catalog (VIRGO)

After clicking the "Submit" button, simply refresh the U.Va. Home Page and your chosen search should show up automatically. If you use multiple browsers, you may need to repeat this process for each of them. Your preference can be reset at any time.
