Meeting Agenda

I have attached two documents for you:

1. My status report to the Board of Visitors regarding where we are and
where we're going.

2. An informal overview of benchmark findings that are emerging from our
surveys, interviews, visit to the Penn State Conference, and other visits.

We will be discussing these as well as a report from John Echeverri-Gent's Exploratory Group on Volunteer Service. You will be receiving a draft of that report Monday.
