3. Exploratory Group Tasks
Using the questions provided in the attached document that pertain to your
group as well as the big questions for all groups, identify the following:
(1) Additional members to be added to your exploratory group (for example,
Arts and Science faculty in Reward Structures, community people in Public
Relations, Cindy Fredrick and Nancy Gansneder in Volunteer Services)
(2) Approaches and assistance to gather information regarding the
questions
site visits
focus groups
additional group meetings (outside those scheduled for the commission)
literature reviews
conferences
other
(3) Organization and schedule of workplan to address the issues in the
attached document as well as additional issues noted by your group
end of summer goals
end of fall semester goals
(4) The next meeting of the full commission is the extended May 5 meeting. We will use
the time from 8:30 to 10:30 working in exploratory groups (your groupmay elect to begin
earlier!). Each group will report their progress from 10:30 to noon.
