University of Virginia IT Project Management Guidelines
The University is committed to continuously improving the delivery of IT solutions within budget, on schedule, within scope and in such a way as to best contribute to accomplishing the University's strategic mission. To this end, these guidelines and resources have been developed to assist IT project leaders in planning and managing their projects.
VPCIO-Area IT Project Management Office
The IT Project Management Office facilitates the successful and consistent use of project management practices for IT projects within the VPCIO area. It is focused on delivering an environment where projects can flourish—not on actually managing projects.
