Refund Policy.  The NSF is requiring the academic PI, a non-academic co-PI or collaborator, and a student of each active PFI award to attend the 2010 PFI Grantees' Workshop.  There are no exceptions.  However, in the event that you register for the workshop but are unable to attend due to circumstances beyond your control, you may contact Cheryl Wagner (cheryl-vpr@virginia.edu), Executive Coordinator in the Office of the Vice President for Research at the University of Virginia, by 5pm EDT on Sunday, May 2, 2010, to request a refund of your registration fee.  All refund requests must be received by e-mail, and no refunds will be granted for requests timestamped after this date/time.
