IRB-SBS
There are three ways to deliver protocol signature pages and other mail to the IRB-SBS. They include:
- Fax or Email - All hard copy documents can be faxed (924-2932) or sent as a .pdf attachment in an email to irbsbs@virginia.edu.
- Messenger Mail - UVA Messenger Mail can also be used to send items to the IRB-SBS. The mailing address is PO Box 800392.
- Drop Off - Documents can be dropped off at the IRB-SBS office located at One Morton Drive, Suite 500, Room 13 between 8:00AM and 5:00PM (Off of Emmet St/29 North, next to Bodos).
Please note: The above methods are for submitting hard copy documents only. In order to submit a protocol for review, email a completed protocol form using the provided Microsoft Word document. For more details, please see Submitting a Protocol.
