There are three ways to get protocols and mail to the IRB-HSR. They include:

Courier Service - The courier service used by the IRB-HSR is a private company. 
On Monday-Friday, the courier picks up from the IRB-HSR office any outgoing mail at 11:30. 
After 12:00, the courier delivers this mail to the IRB Drop Boxes located at   Davis 5, room 5293. 
The courier picks up items from this dropbox , and delivers them to the IRB-HSR between 12:30 and 1:00.

Messenger Mail - UVA Messenger Mail can also be used to send things to the IRB-HSR.  The mailing address is PO Box 800483.  Messenger mail is dropped off at the IRB-HSR office at approximately 2:00PM.

Drop Off - Protocols and other items may also be brought to the IRB-HSR office, located at One Morton Drive, Suite 400 (Off of Emmet St/29 North, next to Bodos.) The office is staffed from 8:00AM-4:30PM.
