Oral Consent
If you are using an alternative form of consent, such as an oral consent, you need to inform your participant that you will use a recording device. Include a statement in the oral consent script informing the participant that you will use a recording device and give the participant the option of not using the device. Please see the Alternative Consent form for more information.
