The Office of the Vice President for Research and Graduate Studies employs
a courier service to deliver grants to the National Institutes of Health
and the National Science Foundation. Deliveries are made only on the first
working day of each month; however, there are no deliveries in
January.
Proposals to be delivered must be securely packaged, properly
and fully addressed (including the principal investigator's name and return
address) and and brought to One Morton Drive, Suite 300 the working day before the courier's scheduled delivery date (see timetable below).
Advance reservations are mandatory and late reservations will not be accepted. Call 924-3606 to reserve by phone or reserve on-line. Be prepared to provide the exact delivery address listed on the sponsor's mailing label. Reservations will not be confirmed without a complete delivery address. See below for reservation deadlines.
