AnnouncementsStudent Activity Fee Refund Deadline: May 1. Students who object to the use of the student activity fee to support particular speech activities may receive a refund of $7.31 credited to their account. Students who would like a refund must submit the SAF Refund Request Form in person, with a valid student ID, to the ODOS Business Services Office (Newcomb 444). Cooperative Housing: Openings for 2009-10 Want to live in a fun, eco-friendly, convenient, and affordable home next year? Apply to live in Cooperative Housing at U.Va. Sign up to be a greeter and kick off the 2009 school year by helping the first-years and their families move into residence halls. The Sofa Shuffle, the University of Virginia’s off-Grounds furniture donation drive, encourages departing U.Va. students to donate their unwanted furniture in support of Charlottesville-area nonprofit organizations and residents. Why not help out the Charlottesville community by donating it to Community Bikes? The Community Bike Shop is a local nonprofit organization dedicated to getting people in the Charlottesville area out on bikes. Even if your bike is broken or rusted, the Community Bike Shop will be able to fix it and/or use it for parts.
