Below is a list of all of the cemeteries in the AACAAC database. If you know of an historic African-American cemetery in either Albemarle or Amherst County that is not on the list, please contact us and we will include it. By our estimates, there are hundreds of cemeteries in each county, and only a fraction have been recorded. We are continuing to research more cemeteries and process the data, and are posting it online as it is completed.
