This class will combine muscle conditioning, cardio and Kukuwa Dance Workout all in an hour of oomph!
Nov 14 Monica Boot Camp:
This sports conditioning class is sure to leave you tired but wanting more!

Foam Rolling Yoga:
This Yoga class will use the foam rollers and focus on the mind and body. All levels are welcome.

Dec 5 Cindy Step & Spike:
Come in out of the cold and try this invigorating step class that will surely have your heart pumping and your body grooving.
