Central Grounds Garage

CENTRAL GROUNDS GARAGE Open Date: 1994 Spaces: 400 Clearance: 6.8 Feet Valid Permits: Visitors Only Payment Methods: Cash, Check, Cavalier Advantage The Central Grounds Garage is conveniently located under the University Bookstore and is near Newcomb Hall, Memorial Gymnasium, Brown College at Monroe Hill, and the Clemons Library.
The Garage may be accessed from Emmet Street (Route 29) between McCormick Road and University Avenue. The Central Grounds garage is available for visitor/hourly parking (click here for rates).
NEWS and UPDATES
Football Parking Information: The Central Grounds Garage is available for football parking starting five hours prior to kickoff. Their is a $10.00 per vehicle fee to park (cash only). Vehicles must vacate the garage within two hours after the game.

Directions to the Central Grounds Garage
Utilize exit 118B off Interstate 64 and travel toward Charlottesville on the 29/250 Bypass. Take the second exit onto Route 250 Business East. Turn right at the top of the exit. Turn right onto Emmet Street (Route 29) at fourth traffic signal, travel 2 blocks, and then turn left into the Central Grounds Garage.
