Religious Studies Major to Study in Turkey Fall Semester 2008. August 19, 2008

Congratulations to rising 4th year Jessica Walker. Jessica received the prestigious Benjamin A. Gilman International Scholarship awarded by the U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs and the Institute of International Education. The Anthropology and Religious Studies double major will be studying in Ankara, Turkey for the fall semester.

Alumni

We are proud to announce that Sarah Jacoby, Ph.D. in Tibetan Buddhist Studies (2006), will begin teaching as Assistant Professor in the Department of Religion at Northwestern University in the Fall of 2009. She is currently finishing her Post-doctoral fellowship in the Society of Fellows in the Humanities at Columbia University. August 20, 2008.
