2016 Reunions Weekend Housing

Conference Services works closely with the Alumni Association to provide guests with housing for their class reunion. Rooms are available Thursday, June 2, 2016 to Sunday, June 5, 2016 for the Classes of 1956-1981 and T.J. Society and Thursday, June 9, 2016 to Sunday, June 12, 2016 for the Classes of 1986-2011.
Registration will open Monday, October 19, 2015. Reservations will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
Each guest will receive a pillow, bedspread, and a bed linen package, including one pillow case and two sheets. Guests are provided with two bath towels, a washcloth and a bath mat. Rooms are not equipped with hangers, iron or ironing board, hair dryers, or lamps (overhead lighting only). Guests are responsible for supplying their own personal items, including shampoo, soap, etc. The housekeeping staff will remove trash from the bedroom and common areas, and sanitize the bathrooms. Personal belongings must be removed from common living areas and common baths, in order for the housekeepers to clean.
Please keep in mind that the price of housing reserves the bed, not a full room in an apartment or the entire apartment. Guests from different reserving parties will not share the same bedroom but may share the same apartment. In order to provide the maximum availability for our guests, all guests in the same party will be housed together.
All reservations must be made online with a valid credit card. Payment is due at the time of registration. Whenever possible, guests in the same reservation will be housed together. Any additions are subject to availability.
Reservations for accommodations on the Lawn or Range are being handled directly by the Alumni Association.
Please note all cancellations, including removal of individual guests from a reservation, must use the Change and Cancellation Form below in order to be honored. All cancellations will be assessed a $50.00 per-person cancellation fee. Reservations made before May 27, 2016 will be eligible for a refund minus the $50 cancellation fee per cancelled guest. Cancellations made after this date will NOT be eligible for any refund.
