SIS Desktop Requirements
A number of steps are required to prepare your desktop for the web-based SIS.

- ITS tokens should be requested by an LSP or desktop support person. This can be done at http://www.itc.virginia.edu/identity/token/home.html. Please be sure to select the "Student System—Standard and/or Student System ImageNow" option during the request process.
- Access to SIS via the ITS token will be granted as soon as a properly authorized SIS Access Request Form is received. Click here for the complete access process.
Browser recommendations/reporting tools
Background: Because the SIS is a browser-based system, your selection of Internet browser and popup blocker configurations can affect your ability to access system functionality or system help. See browser recommendations below.
Note that DCI computers are configured to meet SIS requirements.
Clear Cache: Anytime there is maintenance to the system or if you get an error message, clear your internet browser cache before requesting support. For instructions, click here.
