| University Prepares for Two More Rollouts |

If “waves” are the metaphor for the roll-out of features of the new student system, some folks will be riding two new waves this summer. U.Va. undergraduate applicants for the fall 2009 term will be the first to use the student system self service student center during the summer. In August, the Course Catalog will be available in the system so that class schedules for the fall 2009 term can be entered and associated with a course beginning in October. MORE |

U.Va. faculty who have seen demos of the new system’s self service “Faculty Center” have gone away enthusiastic. “Without a doubt, the new system is vastly improved and user-friendly.
