Long Distance Access Code Process Review

The goal of the team will be to examine ways to streamline and automate the access code request process. The team will review existing workflow and identify opportunities for improvement; interview various staff/faculty around Grounds to determine issues; explore methods for electronic requests; and assess opportunities for a secured online code generation system. The kick off meeting took place on February 13, 2009
