You can request a transcript in three different ways: on-line, by mail, or in person. We're sorry, but we are unable to accept transcript requests by telephone, fax, or e-mail.
- Transcripts cost $10 per copy
- Transcripts include all coursework attempted at the University
- Transcripts cannot be produced for anyone whose record is being held by Student Financial Services because of a past-due financial obligation or by the Honor Committee because of a pending trial
- For UVa-sponsored international study programs, special programs, or records from prior to 1904, see details here
- Are you receiving a degree this semester? If so, transcripts ordered prior to the official date of graduation will not include your degree. Please wait until after your degree has been posted to SIS to order your transcript if you want to have your graduation noted.
