Message from President Sullivan
"The intention of this two-day dialogue is to launch a national discussion among higher education communities on the complexities surrounding sexual misconduct among college students. Our hope is to look at issues through a multifaceted lens, including individual, cultural, social, and legal perspectives.
"We plan to foster intellectual debate with the ability to reach interested audiences – college students and their families, the Office for Civil Rights, prosecutors, law enforcement, and our colleagues across higher education – by bringing together experts who work in education, prevention, adjudication, and in the treatment of students who have suffered the results of sexual violence.
"Our focus will be on how we might together begin to change the culture that fuels sexual misconduct."
