Create an Event Request
**** Please note that you may not be able to request all of the spaces that you initially see from the "Public View" of The SOURCE (Your view prior to signing in).
Once you sign in, you will be able to request all of the spaces that you have access to view. Therefore if you are signed in and do NOT see a space that you are interested in reserving then the department responsible for that space has designated it to be a "restricted request" space.
If there is a special need to reserve a "View Only" space, you may contact the scheduler responsible for those spaces to see if they will grant an exception and create the event on your behalf. Please see the links to the "Department Scheduler Contact Lists" to the left of the page. ****
There are multiple ways to create an event request. The simplest method is to first click the "Take me to The SOURCE" link above. Once on the "Public View" home page, click the "Sign In" link at the upper right corner of the page
Once on your personal SOURCE Home Page (or Dashboard) you have several ways to create your event. The top 3 are:
Click the "Create an Event" button.
Click either of the two links: "I know WHEN my event should take place -- help me find a location!" or "I know WHERE my event should take place -- help me choose a time!"
Click the "Event Wizard" Tab

Once the Event Wizard opens, you will need to complete all fields marked with a red asterisk.

Once submitted, the event request will be routed to a Department Scheduler. They will contact you to confirm or deny your request. Depending on the time of year and the schedulers workload, this may take several days for a response.
